Chance Light.  WW2 Mobile Airfield Light / Aerial Lighthouse.

World War 2 "Chance Light" Aerial Lighthouse trailer.

The Chance light was implemented in world war 2 to illuminate Airfield runways as well as a general jobsite light. .  This model is on the Original Brockhouse torsion trailer.   The chance light was often used in addition to a Pundit Beacon trailer and is similar in design.  These were positioned next to runways to help pilots land at night.  Due to the dangerous nature of having large trailers near a runway they were also equiped with a marker light to alert pilots of trailers not currently in use.

This Model is 8 pieces in total.   Chassis, Front axle, Tow bar, Light , Light top, and Wheels.

Trailer has moveable tow bar and steering does pivot.   Light assy spins 360 degrees and is bored from the bottom up for lights. It is also slotted so you can slide in the material of your choice for the exterior glass. See photos.

1-50 scale as standard.  See Digital Taxidermy's Scale calculator for scaling.   The Chance light has very fine details but it can be scaled down some.  Scaling up is not an issue.
