Thank-You For Your Support, What Now?

Your support has been fundamental in bringing this 3D Printing Kickstarter to life.

If the Codes have been sent, then there will have been a notification on the Kickstarter.

The first thing you should do is sign in to the website or if you do not have an account please create one.

You will receive two codes by email.

The First Code, is a 30% Discount Coupon.
Will be sent within 24 hours of the Kickstarter Ending. This code is there as a thank-you for supporting us and gives you 30% off any STL or bundle pack on www.digitaltaxidermy.co.uk.
The first code is valid for 7 days, it will expire when you receive your collection codes. Enjoy.

The Second Code is your pledge collection code.
This code will allow you to collect your Kickstarter Pledge for free. It has no expiry date and is sent once Kickstarter validates the payment of all pledges, this process usually takes 7 Days.

If you do not have your codes

Please Check Notifications on Kickstarter to see if the codes have been sent or if there is a known issue.
Please search your email Inbox/Junk/Spam folder for an email from sales@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk.
The subject should contain: 'URGENT: Kickstarter Collection Codes'
The codes are automatically re-sent to people that didnt open the first email, so please add sales@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk to your safelist allow 24-36 hours to see if you get the resent email.
If you still cannot find the email please make sure our email is on your safelist and get in touch to get the code resent.

Now You Have Your Code

You need to add your Kickstarter Package to your cart.

You should find a package below that suits your pledge level, if in doubt please check the words in the code or the name of your kickstarter pledge.

Once it has been added to your cart just follow through to the Checkout, adding the collection code to the 'Apply Discount Code' drop down, which will reduce the cost to zero and then making your purchase.

Now You Have Your Files

Once you have completed your redemption of these models they will appear in your account section under 'My Downloadable Products' and you can get the files from there any time you need.

Now all that is left is for you to print them out and start sharing pictures of how cool your project is.
