Freya was an early warning radar deployed by Germany during World War II. It was named after the Norse Goddess Freya, from which was told that she could see in the dark. From 1938 to 1945, more than 1,000 devices have been delivered to the Armed Forces.

This is a multipart model. It will be printed in PLA.

The model measures approx.:

46mm x 25mm x 24mm @epic scale

40mm x 20mm x 16mm @Memoire ’44 token scale

It is designed for 6mm-8mm scale gaming such as epic, Armageddon, apocalypse, iron cross and Blitzkrieg Commander. The token version is for board games like memoir ’44.

We are working on something that will work in larger scales, as you can imagine even at 1/100 this gets really big. If you would like to see something using this idea in a game for a specific scale please get in touch and we will add it to the list.

Other scales are available on request, if the scale you desire is not listed please contact sales to see if we can accommodate you.

PLA models will be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height.

Some clean-up and finishing may be required.

Some of the images supplied are computer generated and are for reference. They are images of the files that will be 3D printed.

Models are supplied unpainted and will be printed to order.

Print in place parts may need some work to loosen them up after print. Once free, run them through full travel several times to wear them in.

We use recycled packaging! This does not mean you item will be treated with any less respect but it does mean less waste. See our blog post on packaging for more information.

Scaled to 1/250 for epic scale games as standard, other scales are available on request, if the scale you desire is not listed please contact sales to see if we can accommodate you.
